I should probably start this post off with a disclaimer: I am the farthest thing from a health and beauty blogger. Somehow I ended up with a whole bunch of really smart friends who are actually doctors, nurses, and physicians’ assistants who do a lot of eye-rolling when I bombard them with my hypochondriac questions about my non-existent ailments.
